OCC Emergency Response

  • Phase I of project to develop a NEAX 2400 compliant DCOM client/server application for the emergency management system. Integration with NEC OAI SDK.
  • Used ATL technology with VC++ and VB/ActiveX middle tier to implement DCOM components. Used Interoperability layer to include DCOM client in .Net desktop application.
  • Development of the Conversant paging module and the Fax processing module through a client/server architecture.
  • Development of a file monitoring NT Service to notify client applications of paging report and fax traffic.
  • Joint project with R7 Solutions using .Net Enterprise Architect and DCOM technologies.
