Features

The Water Load Calculator is an engineering model for calculation of the water loads in office buildings and condominiums.

The model allows the user to define the distribution of water supplies and demands per floor, as well as the hydrostatic and hydrodynamic properties of the network.

The application architecture consists of,

• a user interface for entering the engineering design parameters and for viewing the results
• an Access97 or other ODBC-compliant database for storing information (RDBMS, such as SQL Server or Oracle, not included)
• predefined factors and other engineering data.

The output of the model includes engineering design information, such as diameters, types of materials, pressure losses, etc.

The application includes on-line documentation.
